                             PLANNING - is the first of the seven catering management function

FORMULATING a plan is a beginning point to the successful execution of a catering event

planning can be very hectic a times, but a well- formulated plan will serve the caterer well a

successful  caterer is one who is well organized through planning. 
                               

                   Success evolves over time as the caterer becomes more adapted to the planning function.


Keeping multiple events organized and straight requires a successful caterer to be well focused



And organized. Each event must have an independent subplan based on client needs and the

caterer’s strategic plan . it is a challenge to bundle events due to individual expectation
.
 The best caterers are always thinking about their about upcoming event
